Order tracking details
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, including tracking information.
Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders received after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
Cyprus
We deliver across all cities in Cyprus using our company’s dedicated delivery couriers. Deliveries are made directly to your stores or designated pick-up points.
- Delivery within Cyprus is free for all orders.
- Delivery is typically completed within 3 business days of order processing.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Lost or Damaged Orders
